This course covers the legal considerations, ethical considerations, data ownership and potential exposure considerations inherent in framing the discussion of data, its collection, and use. This course will utilize case studies, trends, techniques, regulations, and best practices as it examines the topics of data security and the ethical questions associated with dealing in data.
